We have a 2018 Ford Expedition Limited 4WD that we have owned for about six weeks now. (It was a dealer demo w/5000 miles when we bought it.) We have made one long trip with it (about 800 miles with five adults and a dog - no complaints). We are very happy with it so far. I traded in my 10-year old GMC SUV and wanted a large 3-row SUV that can tow. My wife approves of the passenger seat (very important). As the driver, I really liked the adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, and rain sensing wipers. The passengers took full advantage of the wifi hotspot. It has plenty of power and the 10-speed transmission is smooth as butter. I do not mind the engine stop/start feature (and it can be turned off). This is a truck based SUV so it does handle like a truck. That is what I wanted but it may not suit everyone. Our gas mileage on the trip was just a bit better than the EPA estimates. - 5.0

At the age of 68, I have owned a LOT of new cars. I do believe this is my all-time favorite. There just isn't much to fault. I've owned 3 GM large SUVs and 1 previous Expedition. This one is heads and shoulder superior to any of them. I wish the lane-keeping system would keep the vehicle centered. I wish the Nav system worked better, though it is as good as anything I've owned. Still, Google Maps works better - and updates are ridiculously expensive. Gas mileage and ride are incredible. - 5.0
extremely comfortable vehicle

The Expedition is a solid, very comfortable vehicle that has all the latest options. The average mpg fuel average has been 22.9 in mixed driving in a mountainous area. Very roomy and a delight to drive, especially on the freeway. The park assist is great in the city. It is good to sit up high. The auto retracting running boards make it very easy to get in and out. The dual captain chairs in the second row are also very comfortable. A couple of little things could be more conveniently located - the electronic parking brake button is under the dash on the left - hard to reach. Why not put the button on the center console? Huge center console and room to carry large items, it does it's job as a large SUV. I do not use it for towing but my neighbor does tow a lot with his Expedition, and swears by it as the best suv for towing. We absolutely love this vehicle.
