At Music City Autoplex we realize that our best form of advertising is YOU, our satisfied Customers! Realizing this,
we have developed a Referral Program to thank you for sharing your positive experiences with others and
recommending us to them. Our commitment is to treat your referrals with the same level of respect and
dedication that we extended to you…and deliver the same commitment to satisfaction that you received.
The sales staff at Music City Autoplex is very excited you have chosen to endorse us with your friends and family,
and we are committed to making this a rewarding experience for them and a profitable one for you. This reward
is our way of showing our gratitude for entrusting your referrals to our care!
Who is eligible for the Referral Program?
Any person who is not an employee of Music City Autoplex, LLC.
What are the steps involved?
- You must complete a simple Registration Form. Please turn the form into our receptionist at the front of the dealership. If you are not present with the person you are referring, then please phone your salesperson and let
them know you are sending along a referral – and they will complete the form for you over the phone. - The Referral Form must be completed before the time of sale (no exceptions). For each referral you need to
complete a new form. - Your referral must purchase and take delivery from Music City Autoplex, LLC. (Note – you can’t refer yourself.)

What are the rewards?
A $300.00 Opportunity
If you bring a referral to the dealership and they buy a vehicle from us while you are here, we will reward you with
a check for $300.00 upon the deal funding. There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can send us, or the number of rewards you can receive! Just bring ‘em in and we promise to provide your referrals with VIP service.
A $100.00 Opportunity
If one of your referrals buys a vehicle from us and you are not present, we’ll send you an email letting you know
we’ve sold them a vehicle, and you can decide how best to claim your reward. There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can send us, or the number of rewards you can receive! Just bring ‘em in and we promise to provide your referrals with VIP service.
Note: From time to time, Music City Autoplex may offer referral promotions. During a promotion period, Customers can choose promotional referral rewards or standard referral rewards, but not both.
